Proposed Solutions

Following a comprehensive assessment of the existing facilities, a master plan has been developed for the period up to 2035. It outlines, in order of priority, the infrastructure needed to improve the hub’s efficiency and ensures compliance with the international safety and security standards mandated by ICAO.

CIMA International’s Added Value in the Project

Following an analysis of traffic data and future projections, CIMA International has developed a master plan for 2035 that outlines the enhancement of current infrastructure and the development of new facilities.

Main Obstacles met and Implemented Solutions

The primary challenge in this project is that RVA is undertaking significant construction work activities, irrespective of the outcome of the master plan currently in development.
