CIMA International’s Added Value in the Project

The key benefit of CIMA International’s service is the effective exchange of expertise between the Canadian and local project teams, as well as the customer’s own experts working on the project.

Main Obstacles met and Implemented Solutions

The main obstacles encountered during the implementation phase of the project were the following:

  • During the studies phase, managing subcontractors was crucial to ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
  • The construction phase was a constant challenge, involving the supervision of the company’s choice of materials, compliance with the correct dosages, and adherence to construction standards.
  • The choice of the Lom river detour as the site for the project accelerated the foundation work on the piles in the riverbed, enabling construction of the Touraké bridge to be completed three months ahead of schedule.
