Main Obstacles met and Implemented Solutions
The main obstacles encountered during the implementation phase of the project were the following:
- In the design phase, the focus is on managing subcontractors to guarantee that all deliverables are completed on time.
- In the construction phase, the primary challenge is overseeing the contractor’s selection of materials, adherence to proper dosage during application, and compliance with construction standards.
- The decision to use the Lom River detour accelerated pile foundation work, resulting in the Touraké bridge being finished three months earlier than planned.
